Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of all products, we cannot accept returns on completed items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

Custom Orders

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The balance is due upon completion. Turnaround for custom pieces is typically 7–14 business days.

How do I care for my resin tumbler? ▾
Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water. Do not put in the dishwasher — the heat will damage the resin coating and glitter. Do not microwave. With proper care, your tumbler will last for years.
Can I choose my own colors for a custom piece? ▾
Absolutely! Custom colors are Ms. Mirzy Maam's specialty. When placing a custom order, simply describe your color palette, share inspiration images, or reference Pantone/hex codes. The more specific you are, the better the result.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept Cash App, Venmo, PayPal (Friends & Family), Zelle, and all major credit/debit cards. For in-person transactions, cash is also welcome. Payment instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.
How long does a tattoo appointment take? ▾
Small pieces typically take 1–2 hours. Medium pieces 2–4 hours. Large or complex designs may require multiple sessions. Your exact timing will be estimated during consultation. We never rush quality work.
Do you travel or do home visits? ▾
In some cases, yes! Travel and home visits for large resin orders or pop-up events may be available within a certain radius. Contact us to discuss options and availability. Travel fees may apply.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing? ▾
Yes! Bulk orders of 5+ tumblers or plates qualify for discounted pricing. This is great for wedding parties, corporate gifting, and events. Contact us directly with your quantity and requirements for a custom quote.
